UNDP PROJECT THE DEFINITION POSSIBILITIES OF INTEGRATION of ECOLOGICAL TOURISM ON SLOPES OF GISSAR MOUNTAINS
THE PROJECT PURPOSE
-By means of introduction and development of CBT (Community Based Tourism) model;-The Definition of ecological tourism integration possibilities on slopes of Gissar Mountains.
THE TECHNICAL ASPECT OF PROJECT
-Spend the basic review of development possibilities of tourism based on communities in Villages:
-to learn and define target area, for the tourist organizations (national and international) which carry out the activity in the given Villages or Are interested in them;
-to Organize CBT groups on the basis of TDC(Tourism Development Center) in investigated Villages;
-to Develop the plan of action on CBT development;
-Development of the person, first of all, who accepting: necessity to acquire new knowledge, Skills, to raise qualification for the organization of visitors reception and etc.
-Improvement of the above-named parameters promote not only of incomes increasing the individual, but also promote labor productivity growth, develop Enterprise effects.
-Citizens of four villages have an opportunity to get quality education, New knowledge and skills, additional workplaces, will take part in development of the Dwelling and in whole region.
-Following the results of the conducted research, have been developed strategy and the plan of realization for 2010.
-Were created initiative groups in village.
-The resource potential in each of villages is defined.
-Priority directions of CBT development in villages were defined.
Conclusions and Recommendations
Positive and negative sides for tourism development in the villages (According to conducted researches).
-Presence of unique flora and fauna
-Presence of territories for the rest (all year long is possible)
-Presence of access roads to territories for the rest organization
-A close arrangement to capital
-Presence of places for the organization of simple track routes
-Absence of competitive tourism products
-Absence of experts in tourism sphere
-Absence of travel agencies working in the given territory
-Absence of an infrastructure of tourist’s reception
